Basic
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors
and Master of Divinity preferred.
- Experience: 5 years
vocational pastoring. Some lead pastor or senior pastor experience preferred.
Multi-staff leadership a bonus!
- Other: Married,
passionate about family, in agreement with doctrine and vision of Harmony Bible

Basic
Roles:
- Preaching:
Communicating 30-35 Sundays a year and developing additional communicators.
- Leadership development:
training up elders and deacons to be leaders of leaders.
- Staff Leadership:
Leading and developing staff in the implementation of vision.
- Vision: Aiding in
setting the vision and direction of the church in conjunction with the lead
elders.
- Missions: Being an
advocate for missions and evangelism through preaching and vision
implementation and personal example.
