All In for the One:
A TWO-YEAR TRANSFORMATIONAL JOURNEY FOR MINISTRY ENGAGEMENT & MINISTRY EXPANSION
It is impossible to ignore what God has done in our church over the last decade. Time and time again, as we have courageously stepped out in faith, He has used us to reach thousands with the gospel here in Southeast Iowa, West Central Illinois, and beyond. Today Harmony Bible Church’s campuses and ministries are flourishing throughout the region, while sister churches and ministries are being launched across the globe. By God’s grace, countless lives are being transformed, and much glory is being brought to Him.
At HBC, our mission is clear: to bring glory to God by being disciples and making disciples of Jesus Christ. Over the next two years, we believe God is calling us to pursue this mission in a greater way than ever before. Our primary focus in this new season will be a transformational journey we’re calling All In. On this journey, we aim to see everyone in our church fully commit to going All In for the One.
Our Primary Goal
…is to see 100% participation in considering what it means to love the Lord with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength. Our desire is that everyone would experience amazing transformation as a result of this journey.
“Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is one. You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might.” - DEUT. 6:4-5
Our Secondary Goal
…is 100% participation in loving our neighbors. In Mark 12:28-31, Jesus tells us that this is the second greatest commandment — that the most significant expression of our love for the One is found in fully giving ourselves to those who need Him.
“The second is this: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.” - Mark 12:31
To accomplish this secondary goal, we are seeking to fund both mission engagement and mission expansion over the next two years.

Mission Engagement involves providing $9 million for our existing ministries, both locally and globally. These funds will enable us to continue ministering as we have for nearly seven decades, ensuring our current impact continues.

Additionally, these funds will pave the way for significant Mission Expansion, which we believe the Lord has called us to pursue in Fort Madison, Burlington, Danville, and Mediapolis. We believe an additional $9 million is necessary to pursue this expansion, for the purpose of reaching those who need the One.
What Is All in for the One?
—It is a season of considering what it means to love Jesus with all that we are — heart, soul, mind, and strength.
—It is a journey of transformation that each of us is invited to take, so that we may be changed and our world may be changed.
—It is an approach to funding which provides for current ministry and expanded ministry at Harmony Bible Church.
$18 Million Over Two Years
All In for the One is designed to provide for the ongoing needs of the church while also providing for significant ministry expansion in Burlington, Danville, Fort Madison, and Mediapolis. The goal of $18 million includes normal budget items totaling $9 million for a two-year period PLUS expanded giving of $9 million that will address four key areas:
