Video Request

Video Request Approval Process:

• Video requests need to be submitted using the video request form.

• Video requests will be reviewed by Brenton and Tim at their weekly meeting on Thursdays.

• Clarifying questions, approval/denial of request, and a proposed video timeline will be sent to the requester within 2 weeks of form submission.

Timeline Expectations:

• Video requests submitted 90+ days in advance have a 95% chance of being approved.

• Video requests submitted 60-90 days in advance have a 90% chance of being approved.

• Video requests submitted 30-60 days in advance have a 50% chance of being approved.

• Video requests submitted 30 days in advance have a 10% chance of being approved, and must be signed off on by Tim and John.

End of Year Requests:

All videos requests for the year need to be submitted by October 1st. Due to holiday schedules, the annual meeting, Christmas Eve and other special productions, end of year requests will not be considered if submitted after October 1st.

Note:

All scripts are required to be sent to Brenton at least three full days before the shoot is scheduled.
